At New South Design, we are able to offer these fabrics from prices ranging $8.50-$12.00 a yard,
 which is 50-70% off typical home decor fabric prices.

We will have 50% of their line available in our office for any customer consultation. Our labor prices
 are reasonable and with fabric prices so good, there's no reason not to have a one-of-a-kind home.
